Dr. Carolyn Finney is a storyteller, cultural geographer, and scholar-in-residence at the Franklin Environmental Center at Middlebury College. Dr. Finney served on the U.S. National Parks Advisory Board for nearly a decade, and is the author of the book, Black Faces, White Spaces, which addresses the relationship of African Americans to the outdoors.
